From the job description to an Appendix D pack you sign, with the documents chased for you.
SponsorFlow reads the documents your firm already has, checks them against the Home Office rules and shows each finding with the quote it read and the rule it applied. You review and sign.
£198 a month + VAT, or £1,980 + VAT a year.
Stages 1 to 5, one file.
Your client’s employer and the worker are part of the file. SponsorFlow asks them, so you do not.

You decide. SponsorFlow supplies the evidence.
SponsorFlow does not give immigration advice. It reads, checks and keeps the record, and shows the quote and the rule behind every finding. The solicitor decides.
What SponsorFlow does
- Reads the documents and shows where each detail came from.
- Runs the same written rules on every file and cites the paragraph behind each finding.
- Keeps the record: who uploaded, reviewed, overrode and signed, and when.
What it leaves to you
- Whether to sponsor, and whether each finding stands. No software decides that.
- Signing. Only a solicitor or admin at your firm can sign, after a code is texted to them.
- The SMS. We never hold your SMS login. You press submit.
Your brand, your clients, one agreement.
£198 a month. 30 days free to try everything.
£198 + VAT a month, or £1,980 + VAT a year. Your client sees the shared file free. Reading your documents is covered up to an allowance; in the app it is a bar and a percentage, never a sum of money.
What solicitors ask first.
Is this immigration advice?
No. SponsorFlow does not give immigration advice, and the solicitor decides. It supplies the evidence, the citations and the workflow.
Does it log in to the SMS?
No. We never hold your SMS login, and SponsorFlow does not connect to the SMS. The CoS sheet lists each field with a copy button. You press submit.
What happens to my clients’ documents?
Each document is fingerprinted (SHA-256) when it arrives and stored encrypted. Every access is logged. Your firm sees only its own work, and only for clients it has a live link to.
How is my regulator number checked?
The firm picks its SRA record at sign-up. We then check the firm ourselves before it can contact clients or workers or sign a pack; this usually takes one working day, and you can set up your team and your first role meanwhile. An individual’s number shows as declared until it is verified.
Who pays when my client uses SponsorFlow too?
Whoever opens it pays for the stage they are in, the other party sees it free, nobody pays twice for one person.

SponsorFlow provides compliance software and record-keeping tools. It is not a law firm or an immigration adviser and does not give legal or immigration advice, which are regulated activities (Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, section 84). SponsorFlow supplies the evidence, the citations and the workflow; the judgments are the solicitor’s.
